On acclimatization, I can say it is even harder than in the USA. At night, I cannot sleep properly, and during the day, I really want to.”
The Global Chess League is an annual franchise-based team competition held since 2023. The event is organized by FIDE in joint venture with Tech Mahindra. The 2026 event will take place from September 5 to 13 in Bengaluru, India.
Bibisara Assaubayeva will play for the FYERS American Gambits team. Her teammates are Javokhir Sindarov, Nihal Sarin, Daniil Dubov, Marc Andria Maurizzi, and Sara Khadem.
