“We just lost the final, but we did very well and I’m very proud of the team. Dragon Chilling was just too strong. They showed a very dominant and well-deserved performance.

Regardless of that, I’m very happy. Maybe people considered us underdogs compared to other teams, but I’m glad we proved them wrong.

What’s the secret to our performance in Blitz? I just chose the players that I struggled the most against. And teamwork as well. Everyone did a great job in our team.

It’s quite rare in chess to have this team environment. I’m playing the Olympiad for the first time this year, so I’m not as experienced in team events as maybe my other teammates.

So, this was a very fun experience.”
