The European Womenโ€™s Chess Championship is an annual tournament organized by the European Chess Union and held since 2000. The 2026 event takes place from May 25 to June 5 in Batumi, Georgia. The event features a 90+30 time control for the first 40 moves and 30+30 for the rest of the game over 11 Swiss rounds between 165 players.
