“This is the honor of my life!

At the same time, I do not feel strong enough to take on the historical responsibility of uniting a divided nation, so I cannot fulfill the invitation.

I would like to support a new, independent candidate.”

Hungarian Prime Minister Peter Magyar offered Judit Polgar the position of next president of Hungary on July 19. Magyar called Polgar a person capable of representing national unity. Peter met with Judit on July 20 to discuss the proposal.
