A charity auction offering a meeting with FIDE President Arkady Dvorkovich is taking place on the MeetForCharity online-platform.

The auction lot includes a personal meeting with the FIDE President in Moscow, featuring an hour-long conversation on topics such as economics, modern technology, and sports. There are currently six bids, with the highest standing at 500,000₽ (~$6,500). The auction will run until January 26.

MeetForCharity is a Russian online charity platform in an auction format where users can bid for a meeting with a notable figure. Arkady Vladimirovich Dvorkovich is a Russian economist who has served as the President of FIDE since October 2018. He was re-elected for a second four-year term in August 2022.
